Since this is a Bi-Color representation of this target, the green channel is made up. It is made using more of the OIII channel than the HA channel. However, I did make another version of it that combines more HA to make the green channel and therefore, makes the target appear in a color pallete that more resembles what the Hubble uses. You can see it below. This picture was also featured in a Sky Watcher USA ad for their 20th anniversary limited edition scope packages. This ad was presented in multiple publishings and the package was only available for the 2019 year. |
